  • We ASMU FLAVOR SHOTS sell dried citrus fruits (lemon, orange, lime, blood orange, grapefruit and dry fruits snacks such as Apple, Pineapple, Mango, Strawberry and so on) as premium cocktail garnishes, fruits snacks and mocktails garnishes dried fruits, gift box combinations, and cocktail accessories such as shakers. Products are intended for garnish, gift, or decoration purposes and should be stored in cool, dry conditions.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • All orders are processed securely through our website. Prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update product pricing or availability at any time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • As us business is in Australia Sydney city. We do delivery our products through Australia Post. Considering the cost of shipping and delivery, we do charge $9.95 delivery fee for order less than $59.99 and over $60 is free delivery for Australia wide. In Sydney we can deliver your order between 1 to 3 business days after receiving the order and All other States should be 1 to 7 business days after receiving the orders. We deliver Australia wide, and we are currently working on to provide our services and product internationally. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays due to couriers, customs, or weather are out of our control. Tracking is provided where applicable. We are always focus to provide faster and easy services to our customers.

  • Refunds & Returns

    As we all know sometimes due to unexpected things. There might be some issues with product, or any unpredictable things could happen. We do apologies for any inconvenience. Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a refund or replacement if goods are faulty or not as described and if the item or product is wrong. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please report damaged items within 7 days of receiving your order. And if the problem from us, we’ll refund you or you can order another item through our website again. As soon as you received your product and is not good, please inform us through our email info@asmuflavourshots.com.au

  • Gift Box Combos

    Our combos may include dried fruits, jars, and accessories. If a component is unavailable, we may replace it with an item of equal or greater value. All contents are clearly described on each product page.
    Product Care & Safety
    Store dried products in airtight containers, away from heat and moisture. Some products may contain or meet allergens such as nuts, seeds, or gluten. Always check product labels.
    Subscriptions & Wholesale
    We may offer subscription services (recurring orders) or wholesale accounts. Subscriptions are billed monthly unless cancelled. Wholesale clients must enter a supply agreement and meet order minimums.

    All images, branding, packaging, and written content on our website are owned by ASMU FLAVOR SHOTS. Reproduction, copying, or redistribution is prohibited without written permission.

    Limitation of Liability
    We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the replacement or refund of faulty goods.

    We collect personal information to process orders and communicate with customers. We do not sell or share personal data. Payment info is securely handled by third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
